ENGLISH CONTEXT TERMS OF USE

• All lessons are private one-to-one lessons by Skype or Telephone. No group sessions are offered.
• Each lesson consists of one client and one teacher.
• Clients must pay all tuition fees in advance.
• Lesson bookings must be made by e-mail at least 2 hours before a lesson starts.
• Lesson cancellations must be made by e-mail at least 2 hours before a lesson starts.
• If a student is absent, the lesson is lost and no refund will be made.
• Lessons cannot be transferred to other persons other than the registered student. 
• All material provided by English Context is copyright protected.
• Lessons are 30 minute sessions or 1 hour sessions.
• All lessons have to be booked manually in advance by the client on the booking system.
• No refunds are offered for unclaimed lessons after the course expiry dates.
